2. General Principles

We want you to feel confident when purchasing our consulting sessions, personalized meal frameworks, educational products, or structured programs. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them. All refund decisions are made in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Consulting Sessions

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before a scheduled session: Full refund or free rescheduling at your choice.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of a scheduled session: A 50% refund or one rescheduling opportunity, at our discretion based on circumstances.
  • No-show without prior notice: No refund is provided for missed sessions without at least 24 hours notice.
  • Service not delivered: If we cancel a session or fail to deliver the agreed consulting service, you are entitled to a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

4. Personalized Meal Frameworks

  • Before delivery: If you cancel before your personalized framework has been prepared and delivered, you receive a full refund.
  • After delivery: Because personalized plans are custom-created educational materials, refunds are not available once the framework has been delivered, unless the delivered content materially differs from what was agreed upon in writing.
  • Revision requests: We offer one round of reasonable revisions within 14 days of delivery at no additional charge.

5. Educational Products

  • Digital downloads and guides: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the product. Once accessed, digital products are non-refundable due to their nature.
  • Physical materials: If applicable, physical educational products may be returned within 30 days in unused, resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.

6. Programs and Challenges

  • Before program start date: Full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the program begins.
  • Within the first 7 days of a program: Partial refund of up to 50% if you decide the program is not suitable, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the program content.
  • After 7 days or 25% completion: No refund is available, though you may retain access to materials already provided for the duration stated at purchase.

  • Promotional or discounted items marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
